1. OUR IDENTITY AND SERVICES
Nimbus Tales is a multi-media studio dedicated to creating immersive worlds through original stories, thoughtful fan adaptations, voice performances, game development, and high-quality illustrations. Our work is an integrated experience where story, visuals, and sound are developed as a cohesive whole.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
• ORIGINAL CONTENT: All assets created by Nimbus Tales are the exclusive property of the Studio.
• FAN ADAPTATIONS: Specific creative execution and unique assets remain our intellectual property.
• LIMITED LICENSE: Personal, non-commercial use only. Reproduction is prohibited.
3. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
• VOICE & ART: Portfolios are for demonstration. Custom work requires a separate Agreement.
• GAME DEV: Games are provided "as-is." We retain all rights to mechanics and lore.
4. USER CONDUCT
- • No AI training using our content.
- • No claiming our work as your own.
- • No reverse-engineering our software.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Nimbus Tales is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our media.
6. GLOBAL JURISDICTION & 7. CHANGES
Terms are governed by international standards. Disputes are resolved in the Studio's registered jurisdiction. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
